2.38 - Stride: Uber Bubble

Stride: Uber Bubble must have been just making claims based on the flavor. No one appreciated the bubble ability of this gum. Almost everyone appreciated the flavor of the gum goes. This is just one of those situations where if you are going to use the name Bubble, it better be a bubble gum!

Maybe they were just going for bubblegum flavored gum. If so, why not go that extra step and actually make it a bubblegum?

"I’ve still got a hint, but the main flavor peaked and left after a couple of minutes."
"Nice long flavor for a bubblegum. Most bubblegums tend to fizzle out pretty quick."

"It does taste like Bubblegum, but there is something extra at the beginning of the chew that I couldn’t quite place."
"One of the best 'bubblegum' flavors I’ve had. Tasty."

"Dense-ish."
"The piece is too small and dense."
"Chewing ability was pretty good, but it could have stepped it up a notch for a bubblegum. Also, I would have like to have more ‘gum’ to chew on for a bubblegum (the small piece wasn’t enough)."

"I would go -11 (the unholy opposite of the Spinal Tap “It goes to 11”) Bubble Gum my ass…and definitely NOT Uber. I should knock off another point or two just for the fact it claims to be Uber."
"Bubble in name only."
"Not much bubble action to speak of. This was more like a chewing gum that happened to be bubble-flavored."

2.40 - Extra Dessert Delights: Key Lime Pie

Extra Dessert Delights: Key Lime Pie is a gum that definitely divides people similar to the other Dessert Delights. A lot of it is that the flavors that are coming out of the gum, just don't seem right. In this case you have the added factor of that not everyone likes Key Lime Pie.

Those that negatively rated the gum, all don't like Key Lime Pie in general. Those that do like Key Lime Pie rated it higher.

So, I would say, use that as your judge. If you like the pie, you will probably like this gum.

"Tastes like I took a bite of actual Key Lime Pie instead of chewing on a gum pretending to taste like pie. I’m not even a big key lime pie fan, and this gum is great. They did a solid job on this gum – really good stuff! Ignore the other comments from the people who say it tastes like crap...their taste buds are broken due to scientific experiments performed on them during their childhood."
"It actually does taste like Key Lime Pie...I just despise the flavor."

"Not a chance."
